Theta chi quickly jumping frats. Doesn't even belong in the middle tier anymore. They mix w hot sororitys and have a great bonds

I dont see why theta chi is still considered "middle tier" They mix with the hottest sororities and are the most respectful gentleman I have met on campus. They have so many party spots and something going on at a different place every weekend.
