{NOTES}
- With APES dropping off a bit, but not low enough for bottom tier yet, I moved Alpha Sig up as they improved last year to close the gap. Alpha Sig still being bottom tier is up for debate.
- ZBT is still better than Delta Chi, as much as Delta Chi will disagree with that.
-Sig Ep may take a hit if they have to get rid of hazing completely as that is a key part of building brotherhood. They'll still be top three but Sig Nu may stand alone after that.
- KA is still on the decline.
-This semester is HUGE for SPIES as it will determine whether they're cut out for off-campus life or not. They can continue to thrive as Machi has or they can slowly suffer overtime like APES has. The ball is in their court.
-With a couple of members seemingly disaffiliating from DTD, they seem to be in a crisis. Also, KDR has really picked themselves up well since getting a huge hit from a raid a few years ago. They now find themselves in the top three of the middle tier.
-FIJI seems to be peeking as their huge rise in the last three semesters is seemingly coming to a close. They might even out with SAE near the end (who has shown to struggle in the past) but the growth of this pledge class will be a big determining factor.
-Lambdha has pulled even with Phi Psi, who has had its share of issues.

AEPi and DKE don't belong in the bottom tier after the PCs they just pulled in

ZBT is going nowhere at all. ever.
