In the wake of AEPi (even with APES off campus) being brought back on, why hasn't anyone tried to re-charter Sigma Chi (even with Mach off campus)? They have had strong ties with UD in the past and would make out a lot better than bringing a Beta Theta Pi to campus.

Machi doesn't want to re charter because after paying 300 for dues no one wants to start paying 700 again. And Sig Pi probably won't recharter either.
