People said Machi would be irrelevant after the sig chi kids left and that was three years ago at this point. People just hate on off campus frats, like APES, and always claim they're "in decline" when they're really not. Sig Pi will be fine going off campus and will still retain their top tier.

very underrated but Machi and Apes have always done their thing and have done it pretty well regardless of the hate they get from on-campus frats for just being off-campus. Apes just had an unfortunate event happen during rush week which hurt them. but now they seem to be doing well. everyone said Machi was going downhill after the last Sig Chi pledge class but they are still doing their thing. Lets see how Sig Pi goes.
