ranks going into fall 2017

Sig Ep = Sig Nu = KA - (Seems pretty rock solid at the top)
Kap Sig > SAE - (Not gonna break into the top so just need to make sure they don't fall)
FIJI > MACHI > Sig Pi - (FIJI is trying to move up in the top tier while MACHI and Sig Pi are just trying to stay in it)
Pi Kapp > DTD = OX - (DTD and OX are trailing Pi Kapp but they are closer than Pi Kapp is to Sig Pi)
KDR - (right in the middle for now, don't feel right with the top or bottom of the middle)
Lambda > Phi Psi > APES - (Lambda is getting better, Phi Psi is getting worse, and APES is falling apart)
Alpha Sig = DKE - (Both got better this year and could pass Phi Psi/APES if they keep dropping)
ZBT = AEPi > Delta Chi - (All these guys are trying to improve right now)
AGR = SPD - (Not social scene relevant this or next year)

I agree, I think DTD is still behind Theta Chi anyway at least by a little
