by: HiIdk if it's just me but I don't really see what (the girls, sisterhood, etc) gphi and asa don't have that makes them upper middle versus top. Can someone explain??

i think it has to do with the fact that compared to the other "top" sororities, at least gamma phi is relatively new, they only came here in 2010 vs. the other top 4 which have been around here since the 70s/80s. for asa i think it's just that they only started improving in the past 5ish years, they used to have a really bad rep (not saying they did/didnt deserve it), just look back to the oldest posts on their page here
but i think over time they'll be considered higher up

I agree with gamma phi being new, and despite what some people say, I personally consider asa to be top as of right now after significantly improving and having better and better pledge classes. They mix w top frats and have established a good rep w these last pcs. Gamma phi will def get up there in the next few years

no i agree with all of that, asa is def the top of the middle tier and easily will be bottom of top by next recruitment i think!

I was the first reply and I'm not in ASA or gphi, I'm in a completely diff one lol I love how saying something remotely positive about another chapter gets attacked on here

no one cares if youre new. actually, new sororities have an advantage because anyone who didnt get what they wanted in rush just goes to the new sorority so they have a much better pick of PNMs than other chapters...
