Sig Nu - Woodstock, socially dominant, studs, Center St. house
KA - big ties to school, KAstle, tall, buff, strong brotherhood
Kap Sig - biggest lettered house, large numbers, strong brotherhood
SAE - buff guidos, Patty Murphy, very strong brotherhood, strong older pledge classes
FIJI - younger pledge classes strong, Islander, fantastic mixers
Machi - very strong brotherhood, huge combined daydrinks, off-campus but still thriving
Sig Pi - strong older pledge classes, main st house, great mixers
Pi Kapp - Annabelle house, best social middle tier, big number of groupies
Theta Chi - Kershaw house, improving younger pledge classes, steady production
DTD - East Cleveland, spread out good pledge classes
KDR - best north chapel dage spot, younger pledge class pick up slack, out of Raid downfall
APES - off-campus, hard pledging resulting in strong brotherhood, very energetic group
Lambda - lettered house, large pledge classes, long ties to school
Phi Psi - very strong socially, newer frat, has time to go up
Alpha Sig - newer frat, older pledge classes strong, nice guys
DKE - very new, can still dictate future, not just handing out bids now
AEPi - very new, can still dictate future
ZBT - good brotherhood, nicest overall guys
Delta Chi - newest, has chance to shoot up if strong new pledge classes in future
SPD - has engineer connection
AGR - strong ties with special interest frats

Center is cool because they lived there. They're new house will be just as cool because they live there
