Due to the large number of requests received to remove unwanted posts/ratings, it can take between 15-20 days to remove them. We understand that some users want these posts removed in a much more timely fashion. To accomodate these urgent requests we have created a new feature called Priority Removal.
With Priority Removal, posts will be removed within 24 hours of reporting. The current cost for Priority Removal is $4.99, which is used to compensate for the extra resources needed to remove the post or rating quickly.

Because I've tried to get stuff about my chapter removed (like stuff with girls names in it not just a "bad rank" on my sorority) and it is still up here somewhere and never got removed. They have an option for you to pay to make the process go faster but from my experience you have to pay period to get stuff taken down here.
