# of kids doesn't really matter. A Frat can be successful if it's above 35 guys (as long as those 35 guys are chill). That being said, they did get raided and are losing prime housing. They'll have to work hard to break even to where they are right now. But with an early jump on housing and good rushing, they should be solid. If they follow the same steps that other off campus frats have done in the past, they'll be able to stick around for a long time.

Numbers don't matter. 40 is solid for a starting year. Two semesters of double digit pledges and you're back above 60. But the housing does hurt them.

Only about half of those guys are actually cool though, they got some weak links.

the last remaining AEPi kids from 2013 just graduated. they lost their main houses and also got raided, and the brotherhood is all over the place. it should be interesting in the next 3 years or so to see if APES and AEPi merge at the middle portion of middle tier
