I mean everyone gets a bid as long as they stick through the process and maximize their options. It may not be your 1st, 2nd, or even 3rd or 4th choice, but you get a bid.

Not everyone gets a bid. If you are a friendly person, put together and easy to talk to you will probably be fine, but you have to put in effort because you can get dropped. Bids aren't a guarantee. -If you are rude to a sister that information does get around.
