they've been heavily declining since they lost the last of the real Sig chi kids last year

Honestly in like 2 years when the best of them are gone they might go trough a rough patch but they for sure still have a few awesome yrs left.

They just get a bad rep for being off (like always). They still are going strong at the top of middle tier with FIJI. Don't think they'll go up but they had a bigger fall pledge class than many others so I think they're solid. For now at least.
