Tier 2 should be kap sig, sae, and sig pi. then tier 3 should be apes machi and arguably pi kapp and fiji. Dtd definitely is not on the same level as alpha sig and delta chi so tier 4 should be dtd lamda and kdr. Finally tier 5 w alpha sig, zbt (which you completely missed) and then maybe delta chi.
