by: ListenIt sucks that at this school you can survive off a good or bad rep for literally years even if things have changed for the chapter. You could be a newer frat withing the last 6 years even and it still takes at leastt that amount of time to even get respectable. Some of the middle tier frats have been killin dawg and they get no love even tho some of the top frats have been stinking up the place and getting by on past reputation

Literally that's not true at all except for like one frat (in the top section). Sig Ep & Sig Nu continuously crush it every semester. Kap Sig has been slowly climbing, it's not like they were up there before but they're working up. SAE has run on past reputation but people have been acknowledging that drop for the past 3 years. Sig Pi has always been on the cusp of the top (with only 9 pledges i think they'll drop to top middle tier) but never overrated. The only valid argument you have would be against KA. However they do still have a house and although they may be getting less members which hurts, the 7-9 guys are always absolute studs. Maybe douches but studs.

Lastly for bottom middle, Phi Psi had some people drop but they still went 18/21. Probably at 15 now but that's solid. And Phi Psi may try to argue that they killed it compared to others and should be moved up. But then Lambda got 21/25 so they "killed" it more than Phi Psi so another invalid argument. Alpha Sig, DKE, ZBT, AEPi, and Delta Chi will have to wait

Now argument on the other spectrum. You just picked a bad semester to post this. Middles were on a roll last year but currently; Fiji has only 8 pledges, Pi Kapp has only 8 pledges, Theta Chi only has 6 pledges, APES only has 4 pledges. That does not describe your description that they have been "killing it dawg". Especially since they lost bids to the top fraternities, which means the tops aren't just boosting numbers. If you use that argument, then the middle tiers were just bidding fillers for numbers also. Unless they pick it up, it may not change for as long as you predicted.
