Rumor has it our new friends Delta Chi have over 70 guys in their founding class... Rumor also has it that they apparently threw a pretty good party recently and have attracted the attention of others... Will be interesting to see what they do in the future, but for now, well done gentleman.

At this school it literally takes like at least 5 years to get a new frat to become good if you start a new chapter. All you delta chi kids that just joined will not see the day that delta chi is good in your college career trust me

Hey, all you need is good dage spots to move from bottom to wherever.... Ex: North Chap, E. Cleveland row houses. The more a fraternity mixes with other fraternities, the easier it'll be for movement. If DChi has a house in the town ext year, I can easily see them moving up to at least lower middle.
