5 Tiers with off campus drinking clubs, this is the gist...

Sig Ep = Sig Nu = KA > Kap Sig > SAE - All generally top tier frats who throw down if you're not being mad picky. Kap Sig and SAE are the only frats that could drop.

Sig Pi > FIJI > DTD = OX = MACHI - All frats with dudes that could be in a top tier frat but aren't there yet. Sig Pi is the only frat that could rise, they don't really fit well in either, and MACHI is the only club that could drop.

Pi Kapp > KDR > Apes > Phi Psi - All generally have chill kids but some have had better luck than others. Pi Kapp could move up because of their house, and KDR, Apes could drop from the bad vibes they got from their day drink busts. Phi Psi's seniors carry the frat so they might drop after this year.

Lambda Chi>DKE=Alpha Sig>ZBT - All frats that are trying to pull cooler kids to move up to the middle. Lambda Chi could rise a little and ZBT is probably the most likely to drop.

AEPi>SPD>AGR>Delta Chi - Started from the bottom. Delta Chi and AEPi obviously have a good shot to move up depending on the type of kids they pull.
