Its cause DTD Theta chi and pikapp are all upper middler tier and always have been. None of them will go higher or lower they are just like B+ frats

This is how it was to start I agree but some middle tiers trying to make moves got hit hard by tiny pledge classes. DTD did fine with 13/18. 13 is a good size. Good enough but for Theta Chi to only have 6 pledges currently, FIJI only has 8, Pi Kapp only have 8, and APES only has 4....that's horrible.
