bump gamma phi down to phisig level(they took a dip this year), and bump DKE above alpha sig or equal to it they had a dage with APES

idc that they pulled better mixers this semester but you guys constantly posting rankings where everything is normal except the fact you have yourselves ahead of Fiji is so obvious
