dear girls, why do you care about tiers?

Like seriously, why? Im in a Frat, and while I dont care about them in terms of determining what I think about myself and my organization, I have to keep them in mind because the rise and fall of the tier system ultimately determines how many quality mixers you can get and the quality of girls you get to come to your parties. Thats it.

You are GIRLS, and since you got a bid to a social sorority, the majority of you are hot and don't need to care about exact social status. Because unless ur at the very bottom (aka DG) mixers are easy to get and you choose what parties to go to. So stop ranking each other or concerning yourselves with rank, theres only like 12 you, you're not competing for anything.
