transferring and rushing

I plan on transferring into UD fall or spring semester of sophomore year is it better for me to go in the spring since there is no rushing in the fall

I think you should transfer when is an appropriate time for you, regardless of the recruitment schedule. Recruitment will be an option regardless of which semester you decide to attend, but if you want to adjust to campus and start life at UD, you can transfer for the fall. Recruitment shouldn't be your deciding factor, though.

I'm transferring in the fall and I still plan on rushing in the spring, I feel like it's important to adjust to life at a new school first and make some friends before rushing, especially since that's going to be really time consuming.
