Just to clear up what has happened recently, a voice from the inside has confirmed that yes KA is suspended for one year. This means they can't have University sponsored mixers, likely they don't participate in greek week, and they cannot have a fall pledge class next year. Should they choose to underground kids is probably an assumed yes anyways.
As of now, Sig Pi is still on campus, and are being investigated by the police currently, but the University has yet to start an investigation.

KA can still get a fall pledge class next semester. They will be suspended the rest of this semester and on social suspension next fall which means no homecoming. They can still recruit next fall from what I've heard.
