KA owns that land. The school can't take it. When they were kicked off a few years ago, they kept the house and just had to take their letters down.
In fact, KA used to own a lot more land around their house but they sold it to the university.

All those business building? Guess who donated that land? KA. It's hard to get rid of someone with that much pull.

You know how much the school would LOVE to take their house?? They will be kicked off with only slight mess up while on this suspension. Eff the school though, I hope KA stays on.
