The top three is indisputable, and SAE is no longer ahead of Kap Sig with the recent rushing/pledging issue. This is a good look into Greek Life at UD.

Upper Top Tier: Sig Nu = Sig Ep > KA
Lower Top Tier: SAE = Kap Sig
Upper Middle Tier: Sig Pi > FIJI > Pi Kapp
Middle Tier: Theta Chi = Phi Psi > DTD
Lower Middle Tier: Lambda Chi = KDR
Bottom Tier: Alpha Sig > ZBT = DKE > SPD < AGR = AEPi
