theta chi top tier?

During rush the older brothers convinced me that OX was top tier. Now I just found this site and Im pretty confused and pissed off, since I could have dropped at one of the top houses...

Who cares? You shouldn't pick a brotherhood based on tiers...What do you get out of that, cooler day drinks and hotter girls at mixers? What matters is that you get to experience those things with people you enjoy being around.

If this post is serious I'll give you an actual answer to your question. No, Theta Chi is not "top tier" and isn't even anywhere close to it. They're average. However, with that being said, being "top tier" is not why you should join a fraternity. You should join a fraternity based off where you fit in with the guys the best, not whether they're "top tier."
