whoever this is i cannot agree more with you. i am a current member and i feel so unwelcome here it’s not even funny. the only reason i am still here is because i don’t want to waste my money since i paid my dues for the spring. the eye rolls other members give you on the street and the cliques there are unreal. they say that they are not like that but we all know they are. everything is so unorganized and not thought out before anything happens. i literally know no one and nobody makes an effort to get to know you. there is no one to talk to about how you’re feeling either without a whole group of people knowing or if you tell one person on exec they tell the entire chapter. what ever happened to confidentiality? all they care about is the look of our instagram and constantly ask for pics in the photocircle and when u post in there it’s still the same people being posted multiple times on the instagram. if i could re rush and join a different chapter i 100000% would

I don’t take part in Greek life at UD but this is one of the only sororities that actually seem to be nice and have sisterhood. So many others especially top tiers have no sisterhood and are cliques that think they are better than all other Greek life/people who don’t do Greek life. This sorority definitely is welcoming and kind to everyone on campus and is also really smart!

social climbers. thought they were too good for the sororities they got during recruitment so they had to make their own, just the facts. keep trying to convince people theyre "on the rise" but a lot of them are weirdos

the girls claim they’re not cliquey but i’ve never fit in less with a group of girls. if you don’t have a good “fam” then you won’t have friends so choose your big wisely. they claim that they’re rising in the ranks but the weirdos still overpower the stereotype so they’re not moving up anytime soon. sucks that they’re still considered new but doesn’t help that they don’t really know what they’re doing. i think that they can move up a little bit once they actually start getting a feel for the type of person who should join but for now i don’t think they’re doing that well. they post the same 5 girls on their social media which is getting pretty old. overall i heavily disliked being a member and only made 1 friend. no one ever reached out to me to try to get to know me until i was about to drop.
