I think all orgs are competitive and they are just exemplifying how the whole greek community acts, no reason to target them specifically for that behavior ya know?

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at University of Delaware - UD 3.7 So GPhiB was like everyone’s top choice in recruitment this year. No surprise there. All of the girls are really pretty and know how to hold a conversation. But I think there’s something going on in the sorority because they have a really high disaffiliation rate. Like around 30 girls dropped last semester. So idk if its sisterhood or what but gphi needs to work on retention

I'm in panhel and can verify this is not true and that Gamma Phi has one of the lowest disaffliation rates
