Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Delaware - UD 2.2 Good looking girls, but I have never seen an Alpha Phi girl on campus that was not frowning. They can be downright awful to people. I will never understand why they are considered a top tier because they are not role models, and I don't know how far they will go in life without college popularity.
