Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 4.6 When I first came to Delaware 3 years ago theta chi was considered a very lame fraternity. They were also only 25 guys back then. Now 3 years later it is clear to see that this Fratenity is the most improved. From being a bottom tier frat they aren know middle to top tier. They have a ton of really good guys and aren't your typical frat douchebags, which is unfortunately what it seems to take to be top tier these days. They are all super nice and a great time.
