Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 1.0 just being honest, they are not anything close to top tier. they are miles away from the top and in my opinion are even a level below the up and comers like kappa sig and fiji. i know they used to be solid but they just aren't anymore, things change

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 3.0 definitely middle/upper tier... mix with good sororities howevere all theyre parties are 100% freshman central as they said below vvv which is annoying but i do love the goat house
