Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 4.0 I've never been to Phi Psi before, but we had a mixer with them earlier in the semester and now I love them! Genuine, cute guys, and they even gave everyone a safe ride home!

Middle tier right now but could climb higher in the next couple of years depending on the pledge class this spring and next fall.
