Maybe in the past Thetas have not had the best reputation for looks but look at their new pledge class! They are definitely climbing up and I hope more people realize they aren't that bad. Honestly, there are some really really hot Thetas. Get used to it, they've got a good group, amazing girls and I can't wait for their next group of babies! Personality wise is normal. They aren't weird like some people say, they're normal and their new pledges will change opinions.

During recruitment they were the only house that made me feel awkward. One girl wouldn't stop asking if we had any questions. Personally it was not for me, but I probably just didn't click well with the girl who was rushing me. They are known to be extremely nice and sweet, but I didn't make it that far in the rounds with them to find out first hand.

Underrated by many- pretty sweet girls. Many wanted other chapters during rush but didn't get them so Theta is like the girls who want to be involved in Greek despite this. No one's top choice but still a great group.

I know a girl in DG and she's super sweet but when I went through rush and met the DG's it was just really awkward conversation. They're nice and involved and I'd hang with them any day but wouldn't party with them.

Gamma Phi Beta, based on PC13 and their overall return rate during recruitment, has broken into the top tier. They might not be recognized that way yet by other chapters on campus whom are so resistant to change but will be over time. Lots of pretty/hot girls and once the older girls graduate, they will be even better. Think "girl next door" though they can be a little stuck up. Overall, if your the attractive good girl type this is the place for you.
