Great day drinks! Brotherhood is at least decent from what I have seen. Have a big variety of guys in the frat, there is no stereotype for them really. Middle Tier but in my opinion definitely moving up. I like these boys because they don't seem so concerned on being top tier as much as just having fun.

Honestly have too many girls in this sorority. i've met a couple chill girls but the rachet ones i've met just ruin it. I really dont know what to expect from them next semester

You really can't stereotype a Theta at UD. They've really been improving their image in the Greek community the past few semesters and will only keep improving. Definitely a true sisterhood and should be given more credit. Getting prettier girls every year. Down to earth and easy to talk to.

Clearly they are working hard at improving their presence on campus. They do a great job of supporting other chapters. Theta doesnt always get the credit they deserve but they're a group of nice, fun and classy girls. Definitely on the come up.

As a member of another fraternity, Ive seen this frat get so much better. They pack their patties with girls and continue to recruit great pledge classes. The fall pledge class is one of the biggest and one of the best.

Basically on par with ADPi, AEPhi, and DG. All have similar reputations and good sisterhoods. Mix with lower tier frats but are still generally likeable and girls seem to enjoy being in this chapter.

If you are into guidos and guys who can act immature at most times then SAE is for you. They do have good parties, some of the guys can be chill and not full of themselves. Dages are decent though.
