With them being in trouble again bc of pledging I'm not surprised to see them sink down the rankings. Not what they used to be but still too teir. Still have too many rude guys who are bringing them down.

Honestly not top teir by any means but I would say a top middle. Decent looking guys that are fun to mix with usually.

Anyone who hates on these guys are most likely in other frats because the ladies seriously love theta chi. Seriously all my sisters in my chapter and many of my friends in other chapters love them.
