Known for having one of the best houses on campus. Parties are packed but with less attractive people. Brothers are weird and often rejects from top fraternities. As long as they keep their house they will stay middle tier but will not rise for a long time due to their reputation and sorority relations.

Has been rising for a few semesters. Not well respected around campus due to their weird obsession with self-ranking. If they continue to pull good pledge classes they might be able to reach lower-top, for now they sit at middle tier due to their cringe reputation.

Lower-top fraternity with good sorority relations and parties. Not well respected by other frats which holds them back from being up there with the top three. 9 man pledge class this fall and losing Kershaw has hurt them and will for years to come.
