what makes kappa sig and sig ep the best minus the fact that they have the most people? they don't know their own brothers names, they don't invite all their brothers to their own parties

Someone came on here in one day and downvoted this 16 times, clearly some salty frat. This is actually the way it is.
Kappa sig and Sig ep have large numbers and can be a little douchey, but they have a big presence and are full of some great and attractive guys.
ADP is cool but slightly creepy, DTD has a lot of campus involvement but is still pretty new.
Pike would be higher if they weren't unrecognized by Northeastern.
AEPi used to be great and well rounded, but has fallen off.
Phi Delt has been improving, but is still pretty small.
ZBT is still getting their footing, and Betas full of nice guys who are slightly weird

Would almost agree except for sig ep, adp, and DTD being tied. They're all very different frats but DTD is clearly in a lower tier than sig ep and adp, and I think most people would agree that sig ep is higher than adp. If BGE is on there they should be at the bottom, I never hear anything about them

While you are right that it depends on personal preference, almost everyone would agree that SigEp is top with KappaSig

Putting SigEp with ADP and DTD is absurd.

DTD/Pike
AEPI

PhiDelt
AKS
BGE
BETA
Alot of people won't agree where pike and ADP are, but ADP is creepy and only got like a few pledges this semester, and even though pike is off campus they're still fun.

While some chapters are definitely better than others, ranking them can be misleading, as some are very different.
Sigep/KappaSig: These are the two main chapters that are undisputed top two. Both are filled with really attractive guys, and have fun parties. They are different frats, but they are pretty similar. They both have guys that can be ass holes.
DTD: Delt is very new, and tries really hard to be the best on campus but they're just not there. They're not bad, but when you look up close they just aren't "top teir" with SigEp and Kappa Sig. A lot of them are kinda weird and reserved, but they're all really nice and throw some parties.
ADP: Grouping ADP with delt makes no sense, as they are way different. They only got a few of pledges last semester, they throw some parties but can be kind of creepy. They don't really care about greek life much, and only really care about parties.
Pike: Not on campus so they really just throw parties and like to have fun. A lot of them are giant douche bags
PhiDelt/Beta: Both really small chapters, don't throw any parties, and have the reputation of being pretty weird. They're super nice though!
I really don't know anything about AKS BGE or ZBT

Lol wtf dtd is too new.. Next year there will be more new frats. All the same. Grouping phi delt with beta is disrespectful. Where aepi?

As a girl at northeastern I would put Phi Delt above ZBT and Beta
