Frat Rankings Jan 2025

A lot of what you see on here is bull**** so very simply the only frats you should consider rushing at this point are one of these three:

KapSig (Typical Fratty White Guys): These guys have had a long history of being the biggest/best frat on campus with some of the best parties. In the past few years though they had some allegations that were dealt with poorly and lost a lot of their Sorority relations. Now it seems like they have fully recovered are (though hit or miss sometimes) throw probably the Best parties at this school and mix with pretty much all of the relevant sororities again.

Delt (Diverse Group not as Fratty but more trendy ig): Just by looking a there instagram you can kinda tell they put more effort into PR stuff. These guys aer not very typical frat bros but still throw solid parties and have great sorority relations.

Sig-Ep (Also very white and fratty): A little bit of a smaller frat but they are a little bit more selective than the other two. Really good parties here as well and it seems like the brotherhood is very tight. Sorority relational are in tact and these guys often throw together with Delt because they share one of the houses.

Honorable mention is PIKE also very fratty but they are off campus and don't really mix with sororities, they just throw big open parties that are pretty trashy tbh. Not a bad choice but you miss out on a lot being an off-campus fraternity that isn't associated with northeastern.

Every other frat is honestly kind of irrelevant, like yeah you'll probably still have fun but if your really trying to do for the best frats and not settle (the rest are often second choices) + that mix with SDT DZ KKG, etc... you want to go for one of the first three.
