Spring Rush..? COB?
by: AnonymousI’m currently a Freshman at NEU and wasn’t able to rush over the fall. Does NEU do COB with all sororities or just select sororities? And if so what sororities and what’s the process like? I don’t have many friends who were rushing over the fall to give me the best advice but I’d just wanna know some more info.

most do cob but it’s dependent on how many members graduate and go abroad in the fall + the internal governing board. tri sig, SK, and dphie are all basically guaranteed to do COB because they always do it. last year aephi axo kkg and chi o did it as well, but you need an internal recommendation so they only took their friends.
two years ago dz and sdt also participated, so it changes year to year on who is rushing. this year delta gamma is also doing spring recruitment so if you’re interested in starting a new sorority that is an option as well :) good luck hope this helps
