Frat ranks october

T1. Delt/Sig ep - They compete for the main pool of guys and are pretty similar. You could argue either is better.
T2. KSig - Guys who usually rush Delt and Sig Ep use KSig as a backup at this point but they are still good.
Pike - They throw great parties but unless they get back on campus they will slowly go down.
At this point the "frats" are more so clubs imo and aren't worth joining
T3. Phi Delt - They could get better with a couple good pledge classes but as of rn they are not that good.
Beta - Good guys who dance
Pi Kapp - Good guys who dance
AePi - Good guys who dance, also have some more frat guys than other dancing frats.
Fiji - Good guys...
T4.
Dke - Bruh
Bge - Bruh
Aks - Bruh

All the frats are mid at the end of the day due to Boston real estate, there will never be a frat party(with the exception of a darty) that isn't just a sweaty basement party. Any frat T3 and Below really isn't a frat, they may be chill guys but they aren't fun and don't do anything cool.
