Spring Rush Options

i heard not all sororities do spring rush and i was wondering when i will be able to find out which ones do since i am an nu in admit. ik greek life isn’t that big of a deal at nu so is it rlly worth it to rush in spring or should i plan to wait. will rushing sophomore year put me at a disadvantage for getting recruited?
