Basically all of them do. Sororities (especially top tier) would rather take less girls during formal then take girls they don’t want. What happens is after formal rec is over and COB begins, these chapters talk to the new pledge class who then refer their friends for COB. Chapters will take from 2 to 12 people COB, really depends. It’s not dependable and every year the chapters who COB changes. Good luck!!! PS if you want to COB a chapter, message them the day after bid day on Instagram.

yeah sororities usually don’t want to do COB either unless they’re lacking the numbers that nationals wants (doesn’t mean if they do do COB that’s necessarily bad, just means they want to up numbers). so chapters that do COB are usually like TriSig, SK, AChiO or DPhie who have a smaller chapter who usually don’t get everyone they want in recruitment.
