Frat rankings for the fall

After this year, this is where the frats mostly line up, but there is a lot that is subject to change especially when things are back to normal.
Tier 1: delt and sig ep
Tier 2: kapp sig and pike
Tier 3: phi delt, beta, aepi
Tier 4: adp, fiji, zbt, aks, pi kapp
Tier 5: dke (new) and bge (engineering)
If you want a more traditional frat experience, rush the top 4, but all the frats offer their own thing. And, usually kappa sig and pike have been on top but delt and sig ep both recruited really well this year

Feel like the top two tiers are basically equivalent. They all have friends in the top sororities, party consistently, and steal kids from each other during rush. They all have a different vibe that separates them, pike parties hard, delt cares more about academics, etc, but in terms of “ranking” there isn’t much separating them.

I agree ks and pike should be on the same level, the amount of rushes they both got this semester is wild, should def be in same tier as delt and sig ep

Agree with this person fully. Only thing I don’t agree with is the original post on the tiers. Pike and kappa sig should be in the same tier as sig ep and delt.
