-pi kapp and dke (new)

Pretty spot on, for frats I’d say Delt is a noticeable step above Phi Delt and probably up with kappa sig, pike, and sig Ep. And for sororities I think KD is probably closer to kappa and Aephi than they are to Chi O. Wayyy more girls in KD that are friends with guys in the top frats than girls in Chi O

Pretty Solid honestly. But, definitely think Delt is on the same tier as Kappa, Sig Ep, and Pike. They definitely are a solid margin above Phi Delt. But other wise, this is a very fair analysis.

this is spot on for sororities. I’d put delt higher and sig ep lower though for frats
