relevant frat rankings and justification

Top tier:
1. Kappa sig- They're easily the biggest name of any frat at neu and only mix with top sororities. Pretty douchey vibe and not everyone's cup of tea, but if you had to name a definitive top house it'd have to be them
2. Pike- These kids throw down hard and often, have great sorority relations, and have pulled some sick PCs the past few semesters. They're rise has been quick and they may end up passing kappa sig if they continue their current trajectory (some say they have already)

Upper mid/lower top:
3. Delt- Cool, smart, and some of the better looking guys on campus. A lot of kids say they're soft, but girls still love them
4. Sigep- Chill, athletic, and throw pretty good parties. Mix with top shelf from time to time

Mid tier:
5. Phi delt- Cool kids, throw decent events, but pretty vanilla. Mix with mid and upper mid sororities
6. Aepi- The definition of a mixed bag. Have some real studs who could be in top tier frats and other kids who just shouldn't be in a fraternity. The studs keep them relevant
