Above response is wrong. Frats and sororities usually hang out with multiple orgs. Additionally, top frats like KS, Delt, Pike, and Sig Ep all mix frequently with SDT, DZ, AEPhi, KKG and KD.

Kappa Sig- SDT, DZ, KKG
Delt- DZ, KKG
Pike- SDT, DZ, AEPhi
Sig Ep- AEPhi, KD
ADP- SDT, AEPhi
Phi Delt- SK, mix of others
Beta- KKG, Tri Sig
AEPi- Chi O, DPhiE, SK
Fiji- Chi O, SK
