Which sororities were invited to the draft a date party? Which frat hosted?

Delta draft a date is put on by Delta Zeta and Kappa Delta each year. A frat doesn't host them at all- the sororities plan the social and each girl in each sorority can bring a date (it can be a guy they want to bring, or girl, or whatever they choose- they "draft" their own dates).
