worth it?

Is joining a frat/sorority worth it here? Will I still be able to have a successful social life without being greek?

if you want a sense of community at northeastern then yes. you can have a decent social life without one but greek life really does facilitate social mixing and helps you meet a high number of people without trying so hard

I didn't join a sorority until my 2nd year, and I definitely still had a social life and friends (who I still hang out with). Joining a sorority was so worth it though, one of the best decisions I've made, in terms of making friendships, being involved on campus, and growing so much as a person.
