What's the newest sorority coming to campus

there isn't one.... chi omega came and colonized this spring, but there aren't any new ones currently being added. so, chi o is the most recent sorority added to northeastern's campus.

no I meant rumor has it neu put a bid for another sorority... does anyone know which one?

I'm not on panhel's e-board, so I can't totally dispel rumors, but...

The initial plan (spring 2015) was that NEU would offer an extension bid to two sororities, spread a year apart ("double-stacking", 2016 and 2017). However, after the presentations occured/panhel talked it all out, we solely extended to Chi O and they colonized in the spring 2016. If another extension does occur, it likely won't be for another 2 to 3 years, at the earliest.

The other two presentations that were passed over were KAO and Alpha Phi.

No new chapters will be added for a few years, chi O just arrived. At some point northeastern will stop adding chapters because there is not enough infrastructure to hold Greek events when we aren't allowed to have houses
