I highly doubt they did. SDT didn't advertise anything and has no PR that would indicate any theme. DPhiE had also put their theme out there really early on too and their theme was evident through their PR. I think both recruitment chairs are smart enough to focus on originality and uniqueness so it was just a coincidence I'm sure. Either way, both chapters have great girls and I'm sure they each got awesome pledge classes that fit well in each chapter. :)
