Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Northeastern University - NEU 1.0 Why are you proud of no consistency amongst members?? Literally makes no sense, how can you have a strong sisterhood when no one can relate to one another? I def felt this during recruitment and was so confused when I met them and every girl was different. It doesn’t feel like an accepting environment, more like an org that has no idea what it wants to be.. not saying every girl has to be exactly the same in a sorority, but there should at least be some feeling of the girls being likeminded

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Northeastern University - NEU 3.5 DPhiE is a mixed bag. There are 3 sororities in one and a lot of people are confused why so I’m here to spell it out. They recruit based on values, not looks, and they value individuality and authenticity. This makes each member singular but everyone is tied together by common values which makes it a strong sisterhood. Definitely not the “coolest” on campus but they’re all good friends, genuinely care about their philanthropies, make strong connections to their homecoming/ greek sing partners and are a fun time at parties. They’ve come a longgg way since I started at NEU. Not popular but also not catty or as controlling as other sororities.

DPhiE is a mixed bag. There are 3 sororities in one and a lot of people are confused why so I’m here to spell it out. A girl in my recruitment group cried when she found out she got dphie. Some of them are friendly and others have high and mighty attitudes for no reason??

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Northeastern University - NEU 3.0 I feel like dphie has low key gone from middle to bottom the past few years. Like there’s so many incredibly nice girls in this sorority but for some reason they have become a little less involved and have recruited pledge classes that don’t seem to mix well with each other or with the rest of the chapter
