Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Northeastern University - NEU 2.5 As someone who is a dphie member i have had good and bad experiences with this sorority. They are definitely not the most popular or coolest. They are considered bottom tier if you care about that. However many of the women are comfortable in their own skin and they do focus on empowering others. It is a mixed bag and can be cliquey. You will find friends, but you will likely not be friends with everyone in the chapter. You can have good times and go out, but also chill. They recruit based on values, which contributes to the ‘mixed bag’ feeling. But in the same way, it’s cool because i think they’re very inclusive. Since they don’t have a set “type” like other sororities, they are maybe more open to expanding greek life to people who normally don’t feel like greek life is for them. If you think any sorority is perfect, you’re wrong. Dphie has its issues, but it’s a good and honest fit for a lot of women. There are things they need to work on, but i think their inclusivity is a plus. Ultimately theres not a huge difference between dphie and other bottom/middle tier sororities. Many girls would fit into any of these, whether they like to admit it or not. Dphie has great philanthropies, but so do sk, chio, tri sigma, kd, etc. find out what you’re passionate about and go from there.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Northeastern University - NEU 1.5 these girls are the most uninvolved in their chapters ever, the way they're set up is a joke. the only sorority that doesn't have a unified "type" that they recruit so it gives the impression of just being a mess and unorganized

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Northeastern University - NEU 2.2 Would be worst if it wasn't for TriSig. Girls are all nice but definitely the nerdy type. Dphie girls enjoy it but are irrelevant otherwise

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Northeastern University - NEU 3.0 An unbiased opinion: it’s honestly a shame that DPHiE is bottom tier because they do a great job with their involvement. I feel like they always have events going on (Big Man is one of the top FSL events each year), but they just recruit so poorly. Each girl in DPhiE is vastly different from the next, which is interesting but makes it hard to feel like you belong or have a place since you can’t relate to most people. DPhiE has a small handful of cool girls, but the overwhelming majority of their sisters are socially awkward and seem uncomfortable/out of place. If they recruit better for the next few years, they rise to mid tier, but for now they’re definitely bottom just above trisig and axo
