Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northeastern University - NEU 4.6 Three really big and high quality pledge classes in a row have done them well. At their parties I'm shocked and impressed how many of their guys are underclassmen, means they will be sustainably a great fraternity for a while! As of right now I think they're viewed as top tier but maybe not a definite number 1, I could see them taking that role soon. Guys, rush them and you'll be glad in the future, in good shape and the future is bright.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northeastern University - NEU 4.6 These guys have had a great start to the semester! I thought of Phi Delt as a middle tier fraternity that was probably super fun to be in but didn't have the top parties on campus, either I was wrong or they've stepped it up. these last two Friday's they have had two of the best parties I've been to at northeastern in my three years. Definitely the best fraternity parties in Boston I've been to. The parties would fit right in at a state school. Look for these guys to blow up soon.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northeastern University - NEU 3.6 Phi Delt has taken Northeastern by storm in the past year. They used to be a promising fraternity, then fell off a little when their founders graduated and they got in trouble. But this year, they put themselves back on the map, and became a lot more social with sororities. They mix well and are good guys to be around, and are growing in popularity. They started pulling strong numbers in recruitment. If the trouble they are in is brushed off, watch out for them, top tier.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northeastern University - NEU 4.4 At northeastern to be honest no fraternities are viewed as better than others outside the Greek life community, which is nice because that kind of stuff makes fraternities competitive and worse. However, as a girl in Greek life I can say without hesitation that Phi Delt is my favorite for sure. All the guys have fun personalities and as a unit they have a really cool vibe. They've somehow perfected being a model example of a good fraternity while still being cool.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northeastern University - NEU 4.0 agreed with the comment below, they're similar to delt but just not as successful in things. but with better recruiting turnout this semester and the ability to grow in the next couple yrs, dont be surprised if they're top before you know it
